LICENSE GRANTS Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Interactive Earth grants to you the non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-concurrent, world-wide license to install and use this Software. ON-LINE VERSION ACCESS LIMITATIONS You will have access to download a personal copy of this software before or after purchasing. The downloadable version also requires a password. If you choose not to download the personal version, Interactive Earth does not guarantee the availability of the on-line version. Events beyond the control of Interactive Earth may limit access to www.interactive-earth.com or the on-line version may be removed completely. LICENSE RESTRICTIONS If the product is for use outside the United States of America, You agree to comply with all relevant regulations of the United States Department of Commerce and with the United States Export Administration Act to insure that the product is not exported in violation of United States law.
